Our client is an impressive property firm with a high net worth portfolio and well-established relationships in the Perth market.
Due to continued growth, they now have a newly created role for an experienced Office Administrator within their team supporting the Director and Asset Management division.
Your Duties
Producing presentations and reports
Coordinating calendars and travel itineraries
Managing and coordinating meetings
Creating agendas and taking minutes
Rent reviews and option notices
Letters of offers and disclosure statements
Updating schedules
Handling permits and development plans
Assisting with lease renewals and variations
The Ideal Candidate
Strong administration experience (essential)
Experience working within the property sector
Medium to advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and a high attention to detail
Exceptional communication, both written and verbal
Great interpersonal and negotiation skills
A flexible approach to work and the ability to work well under pressure
Collaborative and have a team player approach
