The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.
From scheduling client meetings to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Experience in council applications will be beneficial but not compulsory.

Your daily duties will include but are not limited to: Administration support to all team members. Customer communication, quoting, and sales inquiries. Regularly updating customer database. Ordering of materials. Liaising between internal departments ensuring the effective and smooth running of projects and day-to-day operations, whilst maintaining a daily routine. Assisting with scheduling deliveries/jobs and work allocation. Other ad hoc duties as required in an office environment. Responding quickly to customer queries, requests, etc.
through phone and email. Resolving issues. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in the construction industry would be beneficial. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work. Manual driver's license. Experience of MYOB AccountRight invoicing. Work with Dropbox. Career progression: Initial 6 months: Working alongside and supporting the key personnel, learning the business, products, processes, customers, industry, etc.
6 – 18 months: Taking on more of the key aspects of the role listed above in a self-directed capacity.
18 months on: The sky is the limit!

Pay: $31,200.00 – $35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Supplementary Pay: Commission Performance bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
