Job Description The key responsibilities for this role are:
Provide exceptional customer service to visitors.Direct incoming/outgoing calls, distributing mail, and maintaining the digital visitor sign-in process.Coordinate travel, vehicle, and accommodation arrangements through corporate traveller.Ensure adherence to corporate travel policy and assist the Company Secretary with the compilation and distribution of board reports.Arrange catering for meetings and events and assist with corporate event coordination.Invoice for product sales and on-hire equipment.Create & detail sales orders within the Company's ERP system.Schedule client demonstrations on site in Henderson.Administer internal training coordination; scheduling, preparation & collation of paperwork, and maintaining customer feedback for continuous improvement.Raise purchase requisitions and arrange credit card payments to vendors.Perform other administrative duties as required.The Successful Applicant The successful candidates will have the following attributes:
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.Methodical and high attention to detail.At least 1-2 years of general administrative/office experience.Sound verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management skills.A proactive attitude and able to demonstrate strong professional judgement and discretion at all times.Intermediate proficiency with MS Office.What's on Offer What's on offer for you?
