About the Role: As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our growing friendly team of experienced glaziers supporting our business operations.
Your duties will include: Answering all telephone calls and assisting with customer queries.Processing customer orders.Processing delivery dockets & invoices.Coordinating with logistics to manage delivery and pickup schedules.Handling new enquiries and pre-paid sales.The successful candidate will have: Minimum 2 years administration experience.Customer service focus.MYOB experience required.Competent in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.Well presented with an excellent telephone manner.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.Work autonomously with a 'can do' attitude.Must have own reliable car and driver license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
