Office Administrator

We're currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our Farm for an immediate start if possible. In this role, you'll play a key role in managing the daily administrative tasks of the farm's office. You will support the Farm Manager in ensuring smooth farm operations by handling administrative duties, providing HR and WHS administrative support, answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining accurate records, and keeping the office environment organised and efficient.
What You'll Do: Manage and coordinate daily office tasks, including answering phones, emails, and general office operations. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Farm Manager and Leadership Team, including HR and WHS support. Collect, verify, and submit employee timesheets for processing, and assist the Farm Manager with tracking leave and attendance. Liaise with suppliers and order office and farm supplies and maintain inventory. Maintain accurate safety records, assist in preparing reports, and coordinate safety-related meetings, training, inspections, and audits. Organise and schedule meetings, training sessions and farm events. Address employee queries related to HR and WHS policies and procedures under the guidance of the Farm Manager. Assist in recruitment processes by organising interviews and maintaining applicants' records. Act as a central point of communication between the office, the farm staff, the leadership team and external stakeholders. What You Bring to the Team: A collaborative mindset, and 'can-do' attitude Experience in an administrative role, ideally in a Farm or Agriculture environment. Familiar with HR and WHS practices and procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
