About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 06S&P Global CorporateThe Role: Office AdministratorThe Team: The Executive & Operations Support (EOS) team is a set of professionals who work collaboratively to manage day-to-day operations in partnership with Senior Site Leadership to plan, manage, and execute various office operations related activities.The Impact: You will provide strategic guidance, operational expertise, and day-to-day management for Sydney office operations. This would include supporting meetings and events across all formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid); senior leadership visits, staff townhalls, celebrations of festivals, and other occasions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining office operational activities such as supporting HR administrative processes, invoice management, vendor management, business continuity planning, and covering regional sales activities.What's in it for you: You will maintain and grow relationships with internal stakeholders (meeting owners) as a thought partner in innovation and operational excellence.Responsibilities:Champion S&P Global Values and ways of working, both regionally and globally.Drive internal office engagement initiatives.Promote collaboration and team engagement across the business and at the site.Coordinate and support town halls and large meetings; includes catering, meeting logistics, meeting materials, AV connections, etc.Build affiliation and growth mindset, supporting change and effective communication across all functional teams.Help deliver the Employee Experience at the site.Support aspects of the S&P Global Social Inclusion and Social Impact agenda to support community engagement.Key contact for all internal and external visitors assisting with travel arrangements, seating, conference room setup, and administrative needs.Assist managers/HR with onboarding, transfers, and offboarding of staff, including purchase of IT equipment, T&E accounts, corporate credit cards, mobile phones, building access, etc.What We're Looking For:2 years of office management experience, including project management, system implementation, and building operations, or equivalent Sourcing/Procurement experience preferred.Strong knowledge of MS Office suite with a focus on analyzing data in MS Excel and making presentations in MS PowerPoint.Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize projects.Willingness to travel to Melbourne if needed; costs covered by the company.About S&P Global Market Intelligence:At S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division of S&P Global, we understand the importance of accurate, deep, and insightful information.
