Your New Role:

As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support to the Sydney office.

Your DutiesSupport Office Manager and Sydney Directors with diary/email management and travel arrangements.
Oversee office upkeep, supplies, equipment leases, and staff inductions, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Handle invoicing, accounts, debtor management, expense reconciliation, and liaise with IT for workstation setups.
Assist with event planning, social media and branding.
Assisting with projects and company forecasting.

About You:
Previous Customer Service, Administration or Reception experience is essential.
Experience using Microsoft Suites is desired.
Possess a high level of attention to detail.
