We are now seeking an Office Administrator who is energetic and eager to learn to join the Health Partners team.
About the role
The Office Administrator will work within our Facilities and Logistics team to support the day-to-day functions of Health Partners office locations.
The role is responsible for delivering the courier service and providing support in other daily logistic and facility functions across Health Partners.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in office administration.

Key responsibilities:
Performing the courier service as required by Health Partners Facilitating and supporting the Logistics function and team within Health Partners Ensuring exceptional distribution of incoming, outgoing, internal and external mail Initiating the member claim experience through the logging and scanning of manual claims Coordinating and managing the corporate car bookings Ordering office supplies as required Coordinating and printing membership cards and accompanying letters Scanning and checking of relevant documents into online systems daily Assisting other areas of the business in customer service and administration duties as required
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Valid Australian Drivers Licence and a good driving record Ability to work with computers and learn new systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels Professional, positive attitude, friendly demeanour and energetic Ability to prioritise, multi-task, use initiative and apply a systematic approach Able to adapt and respond in a fast-paced environment A team player that has the ability to work independently, sometimes under pressure, problem solve and prioritise daily tasks

You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident at the time of submitting your application, be able to provide two recent referees and hold a current satisfactory National Police Clearance (within 12 months) or be willing to obtain prior to commencement.
