About The OpportunityAs an Office Administrator, you will report directly to the Director and play a crucial role in the daily operations of the firm. Some of your responsibilities will include:
Organising the Director's calendar and managing emailsAnswering inbound calls and addressing relevant inquiriesArranging internal team meetings and confirming weekly agendasAssisting with ATO and ASIC compliance, including setting up new entitiesAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 2 years in the same or similar roleExperience or knowledge in an accounting firmStrong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skillsHigh level of computer literacy with the ability to work autonomouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsYou will also have:
