ATC Williams is expanding its capacity at our Perth office to service the numerous clients in Mining, Resources and Energy sectors. Our Perth office is looking for very committed business support staff to join our growing team. About the Role:
We are continually looking for enthusiastic and talented people to join our team. Our Perth office is currently seeking an Office Administrator; this is a permanent role that can be fulfilled either full-time or part-time.

The Office Administrator works closely with the Business Support team to look after the office, ensure the office building is maintained, and that employees have the tools and resources they need to work, as well as providing administrative support as required.

Key responsibilities and activities include: Be the main point of contact for employee queries and manage and delegate as required.Manage office and equipment maintenance for the office.Manage Meeting rooms and office email inbox.Work closely with the Perth Operations Manager/ assist with sensitive information and minute meetings as required.Assist employees with document formatting as per the company Style Guide.Organise internal events and assist with organising external events, liaising with the Marketing team where required.Assist employees with travel arrangements.Coordination of end of month invoicing/ supplier invoices.Assist with employees with onboarding, offboarding and inductions.Setting up workstations for new employees.Management of branded PPE / workwear for employees. Knowledge, Experience and Skill requirements include: Previous experience in an administration role.Proactive and has a can-do attitude.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with staff with competing demands.Working with a diverse range of people.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.A Certificate/ diploma in business administration or Bachelor's degree would be highly regarded.
