Highly skilled and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join their amazing team.Client DetailsALSTOM is an international leader in the rail industry, manufacturing a range of products from complete trains to sub-systems, maintenance services, system integration and much more.They also produce rail transportation including rail vehicles such as monorails, light rail vehicles, commuter/regional trains, high speed trains, and trams.

Many enjoy working with our client as they won Top Employer award for 2022.DescriptionPurpose of the job: Support the management and timely completion of general office management activitiesProvide a confidential, effective and professional service to the Manager and his/her teamAssist the Manager to guarantee time efficiency, communication and organizationProvide support on any specific subjects linked to the activities of the department.
Key accountabilities: Key contact person at the 190 SGT for CBRE and for office managementArranging project meetings - including room bookings, equipment, refreshments, etcAssist the office - reception of visitors, room allocation, post, stationary orders, IT Orders, project's invoices, project's catering, project inductions, keep an eye on kitchen cleanliness etcFacilities Maintenance - breakdowns, repairs and replacement, key point of contact for all communications i.e.
Aircon issues, facilities management etc.Travel arrangements - flights/hotel bookings -visaPrepare agendas for the meetings, write minutesProvide support in making PowerPoint presentationsProvide support on office EHS matters (i.e routine inspections)Keep office layout updatedProfileYou will require the following to be successfully considered for this position: * Relevant qualification- Cert IV in Administration.
* Valid work rights.
* Good knowledge of Alstom & other functional areas within the organization * Basic knowledge of domestic market * Flexible and the ability to multi taskRelevant skills: * Trustworthy / Confidential / Discretion * Sense of urgency * Autonomy, good sense of initiative and ability to anticipate and solve issues * Quality rather than quantity service * Reactivity * Good relationship and communication skills * Team-spirit and customer focusedJob OfferMonday to Friday - 38 hours per week.Work hours - 8:30AM - 5:00PM 6-month ongoing assignment with the view of permanency at the end for the right candidate.Great team environment.
