Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 FTE (pro-rata)

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our office, supporting both our team and our clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain and update company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate office supplies and maintain office equipment.
- Support the HR team with on boarding processes and employee records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, including invoices and expense reports.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
