ABOUT THE ROLE Are you an accomplished Administrative Professional looking to return to the workforce and needing some flexibility with hours? Join our client as a Part-time (4 days per week) or Full-time permanent Office Administrator and play a crucial role in supporting their company's operations. Please note: Salary is based on a full-time position. As this is part-time, it will be pro-rated.
ABOUT THE COMPANY Our client is a thriving insurance agency based in Rolleston that started three years ago with a vision to provide personalised and effective insurance solutions. They are passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with their fast-growing client base.
RESPONSIBILITIES Field inbound calls and provide professional assistance to callers. Support the Director with administrative tasks and calendar management. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in their systems. Communicate with underwriters and clients via phone and email. Follow up with clients for required documentation with high accuracy. Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in the insurance industry or related field is advantageous.
