This role is perfect for an experienced administrator who's ready to contribute to a team-oriented environment, enhance office efficiency, and provide outstanding client support.

Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients and respond to enquiries, feedback, or issues.Create, plan, and schedule new jobs, ensuring timely resource allocation and effective coordination with internal teams.Continuously monitor ongoing jobs, follow up on quotes, and update clients and teams as needed.Confirm Job Completion, document the results, and ensure all work meets quality standards.Oversee the day-to-day office tasks, supporting logistics, team communication, and vendor follow-ups.What do you need: Experience with trade scheduling software ideally SIMPRO or similar platformsHigh attention to detail with consistent accuracy in booking, data entry, and client communication.Excellent communication skills with clear verbal and written skills to manage both internal and external customer service.You need to be a self-starter who can learn new skills and adapt to changing demands.If you're ready to bring your organisational prowess and customer service skills to a team that values integrity and dedication, we'd love to hear from you so APPLY NOW!
