As our Office Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Data entry, invoice reconciliation, and accounts management (using Xero)Progress claims setup, invoice preparation, and timesheet checkingCreditors and debtors managementIncoming calls, email correspondence, and office maintenancePurchasing, WHS compliance, and insurance managementTracking project details and performing general office tasks.Your Schedule... Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible arrangements around start and finish times)
