About The Opportunity As an Office Administrator, you will report directly to the Director and play a crucial role in the daily operations of the firm.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Conduct general administration duties daily Organise the Director's calendar and managing emails Answer inbound calls and addressing relevant inquiries Arrange internal team meetings and confirming weekly agendas Assisting with ATO and ASIC compliance, including setting up new entities About You The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years in the same or similar role Experience or knowledge in an accounting firm Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills High level of computer literacy with the ability to work autonomously Strong written and verbal communication skills You will also have: A tech-savvy approach, essential for navigating a cloud-based business environment What's in it for You?
