Our business has 2 rare and exciting opportunities for experienced full-time Administrators to join our close-knit team.
The office hours are 8am-4:30pm, with the option to work school hours for the right applicant.
Staff also have the option to work a 9-day fortnight.
Ideally, you are motivated, friendly, vibrant, willing to learn, and have exceptional attention to detail.
You are an excellent communicator and well-articulated.
You exercise common sense and have a strong work ethic.
Role 1: Plumbing AdministratorMain duties include but are not limited to:
Various accounts payable/receivable tasks including:Preparing and issuing plumbing reports, photos, and invoicesCreating and receipting purchase ordersCompiling and sending off end of mid & month statementsFollowing up outstanding accountsAssisting with account queriesCommunicating with property owners/managersManaging the yearly callout rosterSome Human Resources tasks as requiredAssisting the plumbing coordinator to enter and schedule jobs in their absenceRequesting entry notices for tenants that are non-contactableFiling, answering phones, and general admin dutiesCompleting and submitting credit applications and QBCC formsMaintaining a clean and enjoyable working environmentAdditional duties include but are not limited to:
Confirming delivery times with customers & ensuring dogs are restrainedArranging gas cylinder pickups from SE Plumbing headquartersCoordinating urgent orders with the delivery driverPreparing weekly Elgas invoicesCompiling weekly & monthly gas cylinder stocktakes & arranging stock for Gladstone dockAssisting with various general administration as requiredMonitoring weekly vehicle checklists & booking in vehicle servicesScheduling testing and tagging of equipment & calibration of gas detector & backflow devicesEnsuring employee licences, courses, medicals, and inductions are up-to-dateUpdating Workplace Health & Safety documentation as requiredFiling, answering phones, and general admin dutiesMaintaining a clean and enjoyable working environmentYou will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Administration Officer, as well as:
Australian Permanent Resident or Australian CitizenHigh attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasksKnowledge of MS Office SuiteKnowledge of Simpro (desired but not essential)Knowledge of Xero accounting program (desired but not essential)Exceptional phone mannerStrong work ethicIn return, you'll receive:
