About the role We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join our team at Sharps Australia in Geelong, Victoria. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient running of our office. As the Office Administrator, you will be a key member of our team, contributing to the overall success of the business.
Handle incoming telephone inquiries regarding bookings and queries made by insurance companies, tow yards, repairers, and the general public. Process bookings for inspections as needed.Respond to incoming calls from inspectors and provide assistance with their requests.Bookings & Calendar (Roster management) Input SHARPS telephone, email, and web bookings into Aroflo, ensuring they are allocated to the correct inspector in collaboration with other Sharps office employees and delegate accordingly.Perform morning and end-of-day maintenance on the SHARPS inspectors' calendar in Aroflo, including adjusting and moving jobs to ensure it has been allocated correctly.Maintain Aroflo's calendar including problems on hold, police on hold, and to be assigned jobs.Reports Send daily emails to contracted customers with completed SHARPS hazard inspections and meth test results.Prepare and send off Discrete and Validation meth test reports to the insurance company and relevant personnel.Run through daily meth test report and print off chain of custody form.Emails Respond to or flag emails promptly, ensuring relevant colleagues are informed if action is needed.Prepare and send quotes to insurance companies for remote SHARPS hazard inspection bookings or when a quote is requested by a customer.Follow up on general inquiries from insurance companies and customers.What we offer Competitive salary and generous annual leave entitlements.Opportunities for professional and personal development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Close proximity to limited free parking and public transport.To be considered for the role, you must have looked up our website www.sharps.com.au and provide a current resume and cover letter.
