About the Opportunity Milwaukee Tools are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Administrator to join our friendly close-knit team in Carole Park, QLD. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling all administrative and operational tasks within our Milwaukee Queensland Service Centre. This role will provide support to our leaders and team members on all operational and site requirements, as well as facilitate broader team requirements when on-site as needed. Reporting directly to the Service Manager your duties will include: Support the Service Manager and Team Leader's administration and onsite requirements as well as performing Ad-hoc duties as per requested by senior management team. Attend weekly meetings, record actions and minutes, and present an update on current tasks and administration updates. Manage and maintain site security system and visitor register. Raise purchase orders for supplies and maintenance as required. Support onsite events and team building activities, e.g. R U OK? Day Ad hoc logistics and admin duties within the Warehouse Admin Team as required and advised by the leaders. Manage weekly kitchen and office supplies, including stationery, consumables and food. What you will bring: Recent and high-level experience in computer and systems literacy (Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint) Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Strong time management ability teamed with exceptional organisational skills. High level of enthusiasm, exceptional attention to detail and a can-do approach to learning and assisting the team Problem-solving attitude with demonstrated ability to perform and succeed under pressure.
