We need a multitasking whiz to keep our office humming!
You'll be the go-to for all things admin, from handling phone calls to prepping invoices, scheduling jobs, and everything in between.
This is a full-time gig where you can grow your career and make a difference in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities : Keep the office running smoothly – supplies, equipment, and everything in between.
Be the friendly face and voice of the company – answer calls and greet visitors.
Manage schedules, emails, timesheets, and more.
Support the team with quotations and invoicing.
What we're looking for : Experience in a similar role – you've been here before, and you're ready to shine.
Pro-level multitasker with killer organisational skills.
Excellent communicator with a passion for top-notch customer service.
Microsoft Office savvy, especially Excel.
Full Australian working rights.
