Your responsibilities will include providing top-notch administrative support, managing receptionist activities, and ensuring smooth office operations. You'll be essential in allocating and scheduling work, managing document control, and processing invoices.Your Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for the team.Scheduling and allocating work to tradespeople.Support document control and manage project administration activities.Maintain and update all relevant databases for the team.Coordinate all invoicing for projects, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.Support and assist with quotations and tenders with the client and subcontractors.Ensure the office is presentable and all operational functionalities are accounted for, including inventory and disposal.Other administrative requirements.Assist with safety compliance and safety administrative activities for the project.Comply with internal policies and procedures.Qualifications:Administrative experience in the electrical or construction industry (desirable).Completed White Card (nice to have).Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite – (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).Experience in scheduling and coordinating trades to achieve targets.Strong accounts and invoicing experience.Flexible and adaptable to support the project team.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills over the phone.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.A proactive and motivated attitude with a willingness to develop and learn new skills.An organised person with the ability to multi-task and ensure deadlines and client priorities are met.Ability to work autonomously and maintain a busy office environment.Ready for a Change?If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a supportive, dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
