Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities: Manage office operations including scheduling, filing & correspondence Coordinate with project managers, contractors & clients Handle phone calls, emails & enquiries professionally Assist with payroll, invoicing & accounting Maintain accurate records & databases Support HR functions such as recruitment & onboarding Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook) Proficient in accounting software (Myob & Zero) Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities Must be able to produce, update & record office procedures Previous administrative experience required Benefits: Competitive wages Flexible works hours (20-40hrs per week) Collaborative work environment.
