The Opportunity: The Reception and Administration Officer is the first point of contact for all visitors, referrers, clients, families, and allied health clinicians.
The role includes a variety of critical administrative tasks, supporting the wider Encara team.
The successful candidate has the opportunity to make the role their own and take the lead as the key first point of contact at Encara.

Screen and gather further information from prospective clients to ensure all referrals are "roster ready".
Manage reception and administrative tasks in an organised and efficient manner.
Provide administrative support for all departments including Payroll, People & Talent, Management, and our mobile workforce.
Support a positive and caring company culture with all Encara Employees.
Be involved in supporting Encara's management team with projects as required.

About You: Have a friendly professional mannerism in all written and verbal communication; Good knowledge of Gmail, Microsoft Office and CRM Systems (Salesforce preferred); Excellent attention to detail; Excellent time management skills and ability to find efficiencies; Ability to work autonomously; and Initiative to be proactive in your role.
