We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our office in Newstead.
Responsibilities Manage the international and domestic travel and accommodation requirements for employeesCater for office functions, meetings, board room bookings or conferencesEnsure office supplies/sundries supplies are ordered and maintainedMonitor / arrange office maintenance with building management as requiredAssist accounts team with filing, banking, distributing payment advices and inputting invoices into the shared services portalReconciliation of vendor accounts monthlyDistribute incoming mail / arrange any outgoing mail as requiredMonitor and be responsible for reception inbox dailyCoordinate courier bookings - local and internationalProvide PA support where necessary to MDOther adhoc duties as requiredEssential skills Proven experience in reconciling invoicesMinimum of 2 years' experience as an Office AdministratorBenefits of working at LDC: Work for a global, leading commodities companyDiscounted health insurance options availableAccess to salary sacrifice options with novated car leasing after probation periodAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramsLDC is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion.
