Office Administrator

24/7 Transport is searching for a capable Office All-Rounder that can assist with the Administrative duties of the Transport and Rental Operations.
24/7 Transport services a large sector of Farmers and Produce Growers in the Adelaide and Brisbane regions through express delivery and general freight deliveries, as well as rental fleet to blue chip customers throughout South East Queensland.
What does the job entail? Assist with transport load allocations, including communicating with Drivers and CustomersTransport Administration, including bookings, POD reconciliation and chasing paperwork (Transfocus experience highly regarded)Accounts Receivable and Debtor CollectionsAccounts PayablePayroll DutiesVehicle Registration and Insurance renewals Are you what we're looking for? Experience in the Transport / Logistics industry (minimum 2 years)Use of Xero highly advantageousExperience with Transfocus highly advantageousExperience using the Microsoft Stack, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint What's in it for you?
