Job Description: As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, providing support to our team, and helping maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functional.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
Support the team with administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and tracking sales activities.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
Manage databases and CRM software, ensuring all client data is up-to-date.
Assist with marketing efforts such as maintaining social media accounts.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience in a business brokerage or real estate environment is a plus, but not required.
