About the role: CMAX is seeking an Office Administrator to work on a part-time (0.8 FTE) basis to provide continuing administrative support to numerous departments within CMAX.
Reporting to the Accounts & Administration Manager, the successful person will be responsible for: Monitoring the progression of studies and managing associated documentation respectively;Archiving and cataloguing documentation post close out of study and per department need;Quality checks and content review as required;Inputting of data into portal/network post archiving of documentation;Organisation and on-going management of the file storage room to fulfil legal WH&S obligations;Management of alternative resources to ensure timely progression to document completion;Assist with Accounts Payable processes;Support reception staff by providing cover on a daily basis;Any additional ad hoc administrative duties as they arise.Desired experience/skills: Previous experience in an office administration role;Familiarity with document management systems and databases;Competent with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to; Outlook, Excel & Word;High level of organisation and attention to detail;About you: Be an enthusiastic self-starter;Have the ability to work autonomously;Have excellent interpersonal and team skills;Have the ability to embrace and navigate a fast-changing environment;Proven excellent attention to detail and computer competency;Have strong written and verbal communication skills;Be able to address a variety of problems and solve them using critical thinking;Have strong time management and multi-tasking skills;Confident in a customer facing role.If you are looking for a challenging and exciting opportunity, then please apply by attaching your application letter and CV via the Apply Now function.
