About us Fieldquip is a well-established family business located in the southern suburbs of Adelaide specialising in commercial fencing and retaining walls.
We are a leading company in the construction industry and have a passion for excellence.
The Role We are seeking an Office Administrator with experience in accounts and bookkeeping.
You will be responsible for:
Accounts receivable and payableBank reconciliationDebt collectionPreparing end of month payment runsAnswering and directing customer phone calls and emailsReception duties and attending to general customer enquiriesProven experience in a similar accounts role and experience in MYOB Exo accounting system or similar would be an advantage.
As an experienced Office Administrator, you will be self-motivated, highly organised, with exceptional account management skills.
Skills required Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsWell presented and self-motivatedHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailCapability to work independently and demonstrate initiativeAbility to prioritise workload and demonstrate good time managementProficient with Microsoft OfficeAble to provide excellent customer serviceAbility to build strong and effective relationships with clientsWhat we offer Professional and progressive teamGreat conditions and environmentCompetitive remunerationJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to FridayExperience: Office administration: 5 years (Preferred)Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person
