About us Fieldquip is a well-established family business located in the southern suburbs of Adelaide specialising in commercial fencing and retaining walls.
We are a leading company in the construction industry and have a passion for excellence.
The Role We are seeking an Office Administrator with experience in accounts and bookkeeping. You will be responsible for:
Accounts receivable and payable Bank reconciliation Debt collection Preparing end of month payment runs Answering and directing customer phone calls and emails Reception duties and attending to general customer enquiries Proven experience in a similar accounts role and experience in MYOB Exo accounting system or similar would be an advantage. As an experienced Office Administrator, you will be self-motivated, highly organised, with exceptional account management skills.
Skills required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well presented and self-motivated High level of accuracy and attention to detail Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative Ability to prioritise workload and demonstrate good time management Proficient with Microsoft Office Able to provide excellent customer service Ability to build strong and effective relationships with clients What we offer Professional and progressive team Great conditions and environment Competitive remuneration Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Office administration: 5 years (Preferred) Work Authorisation: Australia (Preferred) Work Location: In person
