The Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client's team on a part-time basis, initially working 16 hours per week. This role offers the opportunity to increase hours to 26 or more per week after three months for the right candidate. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling. Handle client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of customer service. Assist in coordinating meetings and events, including preparation of materials and logistics. Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organised. The Ideal Candidate: You are a self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience in office administration or a similar role is essential. You are adaptable and eager to take on new challenges, with a strong focus on delivering quality work.
Skills & Experience:
Essential: Experience in office administration or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
