This role will be invaluable in helping us service our diverse client portfolio and help them meet their regulatory goals. We have a team of 90 professional and support staff across two office locations.
We are looking to hire two full-time, 12-month fixed-term team members (Caulfield & Melbourne Office) for the following positions:

Key responsibilities:
Diary and email management of Partners Supporting Partners in EA capacity Support financial metrics Create and maintain client files Administrative and operational support to our teams Fee posting and billing for firm partners Preparation of engagement letters, proposals, reports, and other ad hoc letters Additional Corp Sec responsibilities:
Handle ASIC lodgements such as company registration, share transfers, shareholder updates, address and name changes, and related documentation Manage annual company statements, business name applications, and ABN/TFN applications Set up and manage companies, trusts, and superannuation funds Maintain statutory records and company registers About you:
You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services (accounting, legal) Experience with electronic document management systems (i.e., FYI Docs), APS, and Now Infinity is beneficial Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as a team player and autonomously as required Our Perks include:
