Office Administrator/ Executive Assistant/ Corporate SecretarialJoin our Team as Admin/EA or Corporate Secretarial.

This role will be invaluable in helping us service our diverse client portfolio and help them meet their regulatory goals. We have a team of 90 professional and support staff across two office locations.
We are looking to hire two full-time, 12-month fixed-term team members (Caulfield & Melbourne Office) for the following positions:

You will be responsible for supporting our Business Advisory team, handling client communication, and assisting our admin team.
Key responsibilities: Diary and email management of PartnersSupporting Partners in EA capacitySupport financial metricsCreate and maintain client filesAdministrative and operational support to our teamsFee posting and billing for firm partnersPreparation of engagement letters, proposals, reports, and other adhoc lettersAdditional Corp Sec responsibilities: Handle ASIC lodgements such as company registration, share transfers, shareholder updates, address and name changes, and related documentationManage annual company statements, business name applications, and ABN/TFN applicationsSet up and manage companies, trusts, and superannuation fundsMaintain statutory records and company registersAbout you: You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within professional services (accounting, legal)Experience with electronic document management systems (i.e. FYI Docs), APS, and Now Infinity is beneficialAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work as a team player, and autonomously as requiredOur Perks include: Highly collaborative team environmentLearning and development to support your careerTeam lunches, drinks, and firm-wide eventsBirthday and Paid Parental leaveEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Candidates must have full Australian working rights to apply.
