Office Administrator Edge Flex

We are looking for a dynamic and self-starting individual to work in a boutique architecture firm in Surry Hills.
KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
o Attention to detail
o Administration skills
o Diary management – organizing client meetings/ calendar
o Excellent written comms
DETAILS:
· 2 days equivalent can grow to more
· Can be office or WFH
· Surry Hills based
· Architecture interest desirable but not essential
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
· Xero knowledge nice to have but not essential
· Project Management nice but not essential
· Future scope to grow the role to invoicing and project management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Checking and responding to emails and escalation where appropriate
o Meeting & diary organization
