About the client: Well known and established company.
It is an American founded, German logistics company providing courier, package delivery and express mail service.
The Role: Processing of all Outbound Consignments Service Centre assistance (Reception) Processing of E-Mails Responding back to queries within required timelines Liaising with Couriers for OB Pickups / IB Queries Shipment Inspections Shipments Reweigh Preparing freight for Airline Lodgement Ideal attributes: Minimum of 1 year customer service experience - essential Experience working in a fast-paced environment Proactive and professional manner Strong initiative and demonstrated problem-solving skills Ability to take ownership and follow tasks through to completion Excellent communication and relationship building skills MS Office skills at an intermediate level in Word and Excel A "Can Do" attitude A national Police Check is required for this role.
