About Our Client:Our client is a thriving co-working space that provides flexible work environments for freelancers, startups, and established businesses. Their mission is to foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere where their members can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the space is well-maintained, welcoming, and fully equipped. Be the first point of contact for all members, visitors, and potential clients, providing outstanding customer service. Manage membership inquiries, new sign-ups, and contract renewals. Coordinate meeting room bookings and event spaces, ensuring smooth operations. Assist in organizing community events and member networking activities. Handle office supplies, facility management, and vendor relationships. Troubleshoot and resolve any member or operational issues with a solutions-focused mindset. Manage a small admin team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in customer service or office management, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with members and guests. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
