Their mission is to foster a collaborative and innovative atmosphere where their members can thrive.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the space is well-maintained, welcoming, and fully equipped.Be the first point of contact for all members, visitors, and potential clients, providing outstanding customer service.Manage membership inquiries, new sign-ups, and contract renewals.Coordinate meeting room bookings and event spaces, ensuring smooth operations.Assist in organizing community events and member networking activities.Handle office supplies, facility management, and vendor relationships.Troubleshoot and resolve any member or operational issues with a solutions-focused mindset.Manage a small admin team, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in customer service or office management, ideally in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with members and guests.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) and experience with CRM systems is a plus.A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?Be part of a vibrant community and work in a creative, inspiring environment.Opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive team.$65K - $70K + SuperMonday - Friday full time permanent position.Flexibility and autonomy to manage your role effectively.If you're ready to bring your customer service and office management expertise to a growing co-working space, apply now and help continue to foster a thriving community!
