About The Role: We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator in Canberra to ensure smooth office operations. You'll manage supplies, office inquiries, onboarding/offboarding, and expense tracking, while organizing events and ensuring timely payments. With your support, the office will run efficiently, and your contributions will make a real impact on the team.
Key Responsibilities: Office Maintenance - Make sure the office is tidy and organized, manage pantry supplies. Office inquiries - Manage access devices, liaise with real estate agent/building management for any inquiries, assist in office renting/lease termination as required. Assist with onboarding/offboarding cases. Attendance keeping and monitoring, staff leave management. Office expense monitoring and record keeping. Effectively manage all bills & invoices to ensure payments are made on time. Reimbursement checking and application. Events & Festival planning and organization. Gift card purchasing and record keeping for reconciliation. Monthly work report to HQ. Other ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a related field. A high standard of personal integrity – trustworthy, loyal, and honest as well as reliable, dedicated, and punctual. Well-developed computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Jira. Excellent organisational and time management skills. A team player who can work autonomously. Proficient in both English and Mandarin for verbal and written communication skills.
