About Us: Pet Angel Funerals is a family-owned pet crematorium servicing Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Due to growth, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator for our Brisbane location. Join our team of friendly professionals who are passionate about meeting customers' needs and pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Duties: Perform general office dutiesAnswer incoming callsLiaise with customers, including making arrangements for deceased petsCoordinate daily office tasks, including scheduling collections and deliveriesCommunicate with staff and prioritize collectionsProcess payments and invoicesHandle customer and vet inquiries via phone and emailManage emotional customer interactions at reception and over the phoneQualities We Are Looking For: Previous customer service and administrative experienceExceptional customer service and communication skillsCompassionate and caring demeanour with an excellent phone mannerProficiency in Microsoft programs and excellent computer skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail while following systemsMotivation to work independently in a busy environmentAbility to handle emotional situationsKnowledge of the Gold Coast and Brisbane areasAbility to coordinate multiple drivers in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Xero (preferred but not essential)Compassionate and have a love for animalsHow to Apply: If you possess the above qualities and are seeking a rewarding career with a great team, please apply through Seek with a resume and cover letter explaining why you are suited for the role at Pet Angel.
