Role Overview: Ello Care is seeking an organised, adaptable, and proactive Office Administrator / Assistant to support the smooth running of our operations.
This versatile role plays a key part in maintaining efficient administrative processes, ensuring the daily operations of our office are well-coordinated.
As an Office Administrator / Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including billing support, scheduling, document management, and providing general administrative assistance to the team.
You will also interact with clients, manage incoming communications, and maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment.
This role is suitable for both experienced professionals and those looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced office setting.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with billing processes, including invoicing and data entry. Manage, support and organise senior staff schedules, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Maintain and organise office documents, records, and files. Provide general administrative support, responding to ad-hoc requests as they arise. Professionally answer, screen, and distribute phone calls. Answer incoming email queries to our general inbox. Warmly greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain a clean and presentable office environment. Enter participant data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Take responsibility for the timely and thorough completion of tasks. Display an understanding of and adhere to privacy and confidentiality protocols. Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing meeting materials, and maintaining office supplies. Perform other general administrative and office duties as required. About you: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Office etiquette, a professional approach, and an understanding of how a corporate environment works. Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Willingness to learn, be proactive, and take on new challenges. Ability to multitask and take instruction from multiple staff members. A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate across various departments. Professionalism, discretion, and a strong work ethic.
