Roles & ResponsibilitiesOffice AdministrationOrganize with landlord if something is not working.Decorating Office in festive seasons.Co-ordinate cleaners, watering of plants.Order Food and Drink Deliveries online.Unpack and Stock Food and Drink deliveries.Store refrigerated snacks back in freezer at end of the day.General office tidiness.Co-ordinate with morning cleaner to ensure everything is cleaned properly.Special Catering event, hotdogs, wraps (weekly).Employee RelationsOrganize Birthdays Cakes for employees.Arrange ordering of certifications Xvoucher.Arranging Kolomolo branded merchandise with suppliers (birthday presents).Arrange events like lunch, dinner, escape room, drinks.Buying Food/Wolt lunch sometimes.Arrange Business Trips, buy flights & hotels.Arrange employee events - integration events, ie paintball + dinner.Arrange employee office events - cheese tasting.Track Certificates people are studying for, and have achieved.
