Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including executive support, personal assistance, and maintaining office efficiency.
Office Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Acquire BPO Head Office in Queens Road, Melbourne to ensure a safe, flexible, and innovative work environment.
Serve as the first point of contact for the office, managing reception duties with a welcoming and professional demeanour, directing queries, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for visitors and staff.
Maintain office policies and procedures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure the office infrastructure supports the needs of the staff and company operations efficiently.
Arrange travel and accommodations for team members, streamlining the process to ensure efficient itinerary planning and adherence to company travel policies.
Event Coordination Plan and execution of corporate events, from internal team-building activities to client-facing functions, ensuring they align with Acquire BPO's brand attributes and goals.
Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that enhance employee, client and prospective client relationships.
Manage event budgets, schedules, and logistics to deliver exceptional experiences while adhering to financial guidelines.
EA/ PA to the Chief Commercial Officer Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CCO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to assist the CCO in decision-making processes.
Act as a liaison between the CCO and internal departments, maintaining clear lines of communication and collaboration.
Assist with personal errands and tasks to ensure seamless integration of personal and professional responsibilities.
What You'll Bring Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
Experience in handling travel arrangements for business purposes.
