Office Administrator (Accounts/Admin)

A family owned Tiling company based in Port Adelaide, is looking for a Office Administrator;
Part time (25-30 hours per week)
Duties includes but not limited to:
·         Preparing Invoices & Purchase orders using Myob
·         Preparing month-end bank reconciliations
·         Assisting accountant with quarterly BAS preparation
·         Preparing sales reports (budget against actual)
·         Accounts Payable reconciliations and queries
·         Accounts Receivable reconciliations and follow up debtors' non-payments
·         Assisting Director with day-to-day operations
·         Assisting all suppliers and customers with any queries
·         Maintaining various documentation and licenses related to construction industry
·         Validating Timesheets 
·         General administration & office records management tasks
