We now have an exciting opportunity available for an Office Administrator-Receptionist to join our Finance team in Brisbane CBD office for 12 months on a Full-Time basis.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in providing timely and accurate administrative support to APA leaders and employees and provide end to end office reception duties.
This role is a key administrative role with a whole site perspective.
Work schedule is Monday and Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm, 38 hours/week.
Key Responsibilities Provide relief coverage during administrative absences, including Office Manager duties, and offer general administrative support as needed Manage inductions, security cards, lockers, and related onboarding tasks Oversee end-to-end reception duties, meeting room bookings, and ensure meeting rooms are maintained and operational Assist with event management, meeting catering, and coordinate cabcharge for the office Handle building maintenance liaison, basement car park and pool car management Process monthly expenses, purchasing, travel, and accommodation bookings, while managing incoming, outgoing, and internal correspondence with confidentiality Your background Strong customer service orientation with a positive, professional attitude Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment Understanding of procurement processes, credit card usage, basic accounting, and records management Ability to prioritise competing demands, exercise discretion and sound judgement, and meet strict deadlines Self-motivated with flexibility to work autonomously and in a team environment First Aid and Fire Warden certifications (Preferred) Working at APA At APA we're committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.
