The Co-Group is a charitable, not-for-profit (NFP) organisation which specialises in the delivery of workforce solutions to disability, aged care and community services organisations across Australia.
About the role.
Based in our Norwest Boulevard offices, you will have a range of responsibilities including:
Managing communication channels such as phone calls and emails,
Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks, data entry and other record keeping tasks.
Generating and sending out employment contracts and contract variations.
Completing a range of reporting functions related to legislative compliance.
Ordering and managing the allocation of office supplies.
Ordering and managing catering for events and meetings.
About you.
You will have proven experience in a generalist administration role and/or ideally some experience or knowledge of Human Relations.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following.

Detail-oriented: You ensure accuracy in all aspects of your role.
