Office Administration / Paralegal

A resourceful, capable and enthusiastic person is required to join our Springwood Conveyancing and Legal practice.Conveyancing experience is essential.Duties will include support to the Conveyancing team, reception and phone duties, general administration and support to our principal solicitor.The successful candidate should be able to confidently manage a challenging fast-paced and varied role, have good attention to detail and accuracy in their work. Good communication skills and a positive attitude, the ability to take instructions and complete tasks as a part of a team and independently are essential for this role, as are strong computer skills.Familiarity with LEAP software and PEXA is essential.The position will be 3 days per week on a casual basis, initially for a period of 3 months, with the possibility of ongoing employment thereafter.
