Office Administration - Maternity Leave Cover

Instaco provides high-quality shade solutions across South East Queensland, working with commercial builders, architects, and homeowners to install products like opening roof systems, vertical louvre systems, motorised blinds and awnings, patios, decks, and shade sails.
We are currently seeking an exceptional Administration professional to cover a period of maternity leave. This flexible role offers 4 days a week, with the potential for ongoing employment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients and the sales team, performing a range of administrative tasks.Handle and direct client communications and inquiries received via phone and email.Generate and process customer quotations, orders, and invoices.Maintain accurate project reports.Coordinate with internal and external service providers and suppliers to manage product supply Address and reconcile accounts receivable and payable inquiries.Perform general office and administrative duties and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.Essential Skills and Experience: Proven experience in an Administration role.Proficiency in Xero is essential.Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong time management skills and a demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively.Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised with strong attention to detail.If you are a detail-oriented, proactive professional looking for a dynamic role within a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
