Office Administration The team at Minic Property Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to provide full administrative support to a team of Sales Agents and Property Managers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a growing team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and PM teamLiaise with vendors, buyers, and solicitors to ensure smooth communicationMaintain and update the database dailyPerform reception/assistant duties as requiredCoordinate and book advertising, and ensure listings are uploaded to portalsAssist with the settlement process, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and timelyQualifications & Skills: Previous administrative experience, preferably in a Real Estate or sales environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficientlyProficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office SuiteCompany Culture: Join a friendly and supportive team of over 20 employeesBe part of a growing company with two office locations, a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for career advancementConvenient parking providedApply now: Sabrina Minic and Email CV: Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
