From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences. The Role: Assist in the smooth running of functions/events Conduct follow-up correspondence with clients and respond to feedback Work co-operatively with operations and kitchen teams to coordinate every aspect of our events to ensure seamless delivery Establish a strong and attentive relationship with clients to ensure the event is executed as planned Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients The Person: Experience within the catering or hospitality industry preferred Experience in front of house service and room set ups Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal A warm, friendly, professional manner towards all clients and must be a team player Proficiency in Priava, or other similar event management software and strong IT skills The Benefits Opportunities for professional development and growth.
