OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining an efficient workflow. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various office software, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
Maintain and organise office files, both physical and digital.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in bookkeeping tasks using Xero and other financial software.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff members.
Support the team with various administrative tasks as required.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised.
Experience
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computerised systems, including Mac, Xero, and CRM software.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with clerical duties and office management procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
