Office Admin - Reception & Sales Experience This is a part-time (possibly full-time for the right candidate) role for a local pest control business.
The office is located in Arundel on the Gold Coast - Opposite Harbourtown.

Key Responsibilities will include: Reception duties including answering incoming calls, sales, managing residential and commercial clients.
Liaise with various external suppliers and coordinate contractors/technicians on the road (pest technicians).
Provide administrative assistance with data entry, projects, and any ad-hoc administration duties.
Write and send quotes, follow up on quotes, and negotiate sales.
Maintain strong relationships with commercial customers.
Call existing residential customers to rebook treatments.
Write and improve current processes.
Provide assistance to the scheduling team overseas when required.
Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years experience in a similar office environment.
Proven sales experience is a MUST.
Minimum Year 12 level education/TAFE.
Experience working in an office dealing with the general public and/or commercial clientele.
You must be highly flexible and easily adaptable to different duties within the role.
Driven, efficient, and focused with an ability to learn quickly.
Strong computer skills and a fast ability to learn new tasks (testing for suitable applicants will be conducted).
Enjoy talking and engaging with customers and building long-term relationships.
